Crypto firm Tether invests $200m in Blackrock Neurotech, taking a majority stake in the medical-tech startup.

Crypto company Tether has invested $200m in brain-computer interface specialist Blackrock Neurotech, taking a majority stake in the US company. The investment, made through Tether's new venture capital division Tether Evo, will enable Blackrock Neurotech to expand its medical solutions and accelerate research and development into more sophisticated BCI applications. This marks Tether's entry into startup investing.
