China's Xianfeng Lu, owner of Van Dairy Group, is selling Woolnorth, one of Australia's largest dairy farm operations in north-west Tasmania. The sale comes after several property sales in 2021, including the recent acquisition of another Woolnorth dairy farm by Prime Value Asset Management for $15 million. The 9,500-hectare property includes the option to buy its dairy herd and machinery.
