The Carolina Panthers selected Jonathon Brooks as the first RB in 2024 draft, trading two fifth-round picks. Brooks, RB Miles Sanders, and Chuba Hubbard will all play, and Sanders remains under contract for three years. Panthers focused on boosting offense around QB Bryce Young with draft picks, but are reportedly open to trading Sanders. The team also signed undrafted free agent RB Jaden Shirden for depth.
