BSP leader Akash Anand booked for poll code violation in Uttar Pradesh's Sitapur district.

BSP leader and Mayawati's nephew, Akash Anand, has been booked for a poll code violation in Uttar Pradesh's Sitapur district. Anand allegedly used unparliamentary words and made a statement to create enmity between people during a rally in Sitapur on Sunday. The case against Anand has been registered under sections 171C, 153B, 188, 505 (2) and RP Act 125 for violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
