Berjaya Corp Bhd has lodged police reports over articles claiming its founder, Tan Sri Vincent Tan, is in talks regarding a casino licence in Forest City, Johor. The company's legal representative filed reports on April 26, requesting the police to investigate the matter, especially to identify the "unnamed sources" who spread false statements. Berjaya Corp has denied such plans were in the pipeline.
