Australian mothers Megan* and Joanne* are filing legal proceedings against the state of NSW, claiming police unlawfully entered their homes to check their teen sons' compliance with bail conditions without a court order. Police visited Megan's home 153 times in less than two years. The Public Interest Advocacy Centre is representing the mothers in a major test case at the Supreme Court.
