Aspo's subsidiaries Telko Oy and Leipurin Oyj acquire Swedish chemical and food industry distributors for Swedish expansion.

Aspo's subsidiary Telko Oy acquires Swed Handling AB, a leading Swedish chemical distributor, to expand its chemicals business in Sweden. Leipurin Oyj, another Aspo subsidiary, expands its food industry business in Sweden by acquiring Kebelco AB, a technical food ingredient distributor. The deals are subject to competition authority approvals and expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
