40-year-old Stacey Carey and her fiancé, Thomas Gity Jr., 44, have been arrested in Florida in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident involving a 74-year-old man in a wheelchair in March. Carey is accused of driving the white 2021 Range Rover that struck Harry Maser, while Gity is charged with tampering with evidence.
