28-year-old Stewartville man, Andrew Fogan, is facing further charges after allegedly assaulting an Olmsted County Detention Deputy in the Adult Detention Center. Fogan was previously charged with a felony count of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer in relation to a September 2023 incident where he resisted arrest, struck a deputy, and was tasered. The new criminal complaint alleges that Fogan soaked the Detention Deputy with urine.
