Saudi Arabia plans to open the first part of its Neom megaproject, the island resort Sindalah, catering to luxury clientele and the global yachting community, by the end of this year. The project, initially scaled back due to financial struggles, aims to compete in the high-end luxury market with Dubai. The first region of the Neom megacity will feature three luxury hotels, a golf course, and sports club.
