40s woman dies in M11 single-vehicle crash; 42-year-old man arrested for careless driving.
A woman in her 40s died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash on the M11 near junction 8, while a 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving. The northbound carriageway has since reopened, but the southbound remains closed for vehicle recovery. Essex Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit is continuing to investigate the incident.
