Quebec's SAQ plans to remove 150-200 lower-selling Quebec spirits by 2025 for high-demand products.
Quebec's liquor corporation, Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ), plans to cull 150-200 lower-selling Quebec spirits from store shelves by 2025. The Union québécoise des microdistilleries is working with the SAQ to create new rules.
