Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann plans to meet Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in Tihar Jail on April 30th, as per AAP sources. This is their second meeting, with Kejriwal in jail since March 21st following arrest by Enforcement Directorate for excise policy-linked money laundering. Mann previously claimed that Kejriwal was not given amenities comparable to hardcore criminals.
