In the series finale of NCIS: Hawai'i, Sam (LL Cool J) discovers that their operation has been compromised due to a Trojan horse in a laptop from The Chemist's lab. As a result, Agent John Swift (Henry Ian Cusick) returns to the island to help investigate a new biological threat, which turns out to be "unlike any we've ever seen."
