85 Michigan roadside parks reopen on Monday by MDOT; a few parks closed for maintenance.

85 Michigan roadside parks, which serve as scenic stops for travelers in rural areas, will reopen on Monday by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). These rustic parks close during winter to prevent freezing of water pipes and toilets. A few parks will remain closed for maintenance, toilet building replacements, and upgrades. A map of all the parks in the state is available online.
