Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde attended 5-year-old Ridhan Charla's birthday party in Kolhapur after PM Modi's rally.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde joined the birthday celebration of a 5-year-old boy, Ridhan Charla, in Anantpuram Society, Kolhapur. The CM was in the area following PM Narendra Modi's rally in Kolhapur on Saturday. Ridhan's parents approached the CM after their son requested him to attend his birthday. Previously, PM Modi addressed Kolhapur as the football hub of Maharashtra.
