Beijing, April 28 (Xinhua) - Fujian residents will be the first to resume visits to Taiwan's Matsu, as announced by Rao Quan, a senior official of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. This follows the resumption of direct sea passenger routes from Fujian's Pingtan to Taiwan. Rao emphasized the Ministry's support for cross-Strait exchanges and cooperation, including tourism.
