35-year-old man charged with grievous bodily harm in connection with a fatal altercation outside a Dawesville service station on Bailey Boulevard. The victim, a man in his 30s, was found unresponsive at the scene and later died at Peel Health Campus. The suspect was involved in a physical altercation with the victim before the incident. Police are currently investigating the case, and the accused is set to appear in court on April 27, 2024.
