43-year-old male scuba diver in critical condition after an accident in Lake Washington; one diver was training with another, but only one resurfaced, prompting a search by local rescue teams. A nearby boater located the missing diver, performed CPR and brought them to shore, where they were taken to Virginia Mason Hospital. The second diver was uninjured. An investigation is ongoing.
