In Norcross, GA on April 11th, a road rage incident led to a driver being shot at by a shooter in a white pickup truck. The victim, on his way to work, was grazed in the leg after six bullets hit his car. The shooter, 26-year-old Lisandro Pacheco, was arrested later that day by Gwinnett and Norcross police and charged with aggravated assault and other related offenses, remaining in jail without bond.
