30-year-old Gurgaon man, Vijay Sahni, was arrested for allegedly killing his 7-month-old stepdaughter after discovering his wife had married his brother while he was in jail. Sahni was released from Bhondsi jail on April 24, and an argument ensued between him and his wife, resulting in the infant's death. A police complaint led to an FIR under IPC Section 302 (murder) against Sahni.
