57-year-old Bradley Fairman of Fairmont was identified as the fatality in a truck crash on Monongalia County's Smithtown Road. The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department reported that Fairman lost control of his box truck, which struck a large culvert at 7:21 p.m. on Wednesday. First responders found Fairman unresponsive at the scene and later pronounced him dead. The ongoing investigation is led by Sheriff Perry Palmer.
