2 professors at Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University in Uttar Pradesh, India, have been suspended after it was discovered that students allegedly passed exams by writing "Jai Shri Ram" and cricketer names instead of answers. The incident came to light after an RTI filed by a former student revealed discrepancies in the students' exam results. The university administration constituted an inquiry committee, which found evidence of irregularities, leading to the suspension of Professors Vinay Verma and Ashish Gupta.
