Two men, Jesus Perez-Rocha from Orlando and Miguel Moreno from Cicero, Illinois, were arrested and charged with robbing a woman after she visited a bank in Stuart, Florida. They allegedly stole her purse during a "follow-home robbery" scheme and fled in an older-model Toyota. The suspects, who have no ties to Martin County, face charges of robbery, burglary of a vehicle, grand theft, and tampering with evidence.
