President Tinubu appoints Jim Ovia, founder of Zenith Bank, as chairman of Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). Ovia is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana. The president believes Ovia's wealth of experience and professional stature will advance the vision of ensuring all Nigerian students have access to higher education.
