Paramount Global's board is considering removing CEO Bob Bakish and temporarily placing the company under a committee of top executives while evaluating a possible sale, according to the Wall Street Journal. The committee would operate on an interim basis, and no decision has been made on Bakish's future. A controlling stake in Paramount is being discussed for sale to David Ellison's Skydance Media.
