Ottawa County Health Department's deputy health officer, Marcia Mansaray, retires on May 31st after frequent criticism from the county board of commissioners. Lisa Uganski, the current health planning and promotion manager, will replace her from June 3rd. Mansaray, who has been with the department since 2006, has announced her bid for the Democratic candidate for the 85th House of Representatives district seat.
