Interim head coach John O'Shea leads Republic of Ireland in June friendlies vs Hungary and Portugal.

Republic of Ireland interim head coach, John O'Shea, will lead the national football team in their June friendlies against Hungary and Portugal. O'Shea, who took temporary charge after Stephen Kenny's departure, will be joined by assistant coaches Paddy McCarthy and Glenn Whelan, and goalkeeping coach Rene Gilmartin. The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) plans to appoint a permanent successor for Kenny before the 2024-25 UEFA Nations League campaign begins on September 7th.
