Two individuals from Chatham, Ontario, were charged with fraud after an investigation revealed they defrauded the province of over $21,000 from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, Ministry of Children and Youth Services, and Ontario Disability Support Program between 2021 and 2023. The pair, a 30-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man, each face two counts of fraud over $5,000.
