ICICI Bank declared a final dividend of ₹10 per share for FY2024, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The private lender reported a 17.38% growth in standalone net profit for Q4 FY2024 at ₹10,707.53 crore. The bank approved issuing debt securities, including non-convertible debentures, up to ₹250 billion in domestic markets and USD 1.50 billion in overseas markets for a period of one year.
