Former Michigan corrections officer Christopher Cluley pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and willful neglect of duty for assaulting an inmate at Isabella County Jail in 2020. The incident was captured on video, showing Cluley forcing the inmate into the cell door and against a wall, resulting in a fractured left knee. Cluley has agreed never to work as a corrections officer in Michigan again and will be sentenced on June 20.
