China-proposed initiatives, such as the Belt and Road cooperation, Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative, have brought benefits to people worldwide, according to Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun. These initiatives have turned the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) into a constructive force in promoting equity and justice. The SCO region has been one of the first to witness these ideas and initiatives being implemented.
