Cedar Rapids police arrested a man and woman who led them on a high-speed chase, reaching up to 100mph, through Linn and Johnson counties before driving their car into the Cedar River. The duo attempted to swim to the other side, but were arrested by waiting officers. The driver, Netolicky, faces multiple charges, including OWI, eluding, and reckless driving, while his passenger, Haily Johnson, faces charges for interference with official acts and had outstanding warrants.
