Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy and Minister of Finance have been authorized to represent the country in the Turkic Investment Fund, following a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev. The Minister of Economy will serve as the Chair, while the Minister of Finance will be the alternate Chair. The order granting this authority took effect on the day of its signing.
