30 diverse small business owners from Arizona have been inducted into the Black Chamber's ImpactAZ 2025 program, which aims to achieve contracting readiness and increase access and equity in purchasing and procurement. Over nine months, participants receive mentorship, networking support, capital readiness assistance, marketing help, certifications, and assessments. In its first year, the program helped secure $2 million in contracts and boosted business operations by 40%.
