Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs and U.S. Interior Secretary Deb Haaland signed an agreement granting the Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) rights to lease, exchange, store, or conserve their portion of Colorado River water. The historic agreement opens economic opportunities for the Mohave, Chemehuevi, Hopi, and Navajo tribes.
