Amazon, Target and Babylist have halted sales of weighted baby blankets, sleep sacks and swaddles due to safety concerns, as the Federal Trade Commission is called upon to investigate manufacturers Dreamland Baby and Nested Bean over allegations of deceptive advertising. The products, which feature small plastic beads sewn into the fabric, have been questioned by child safety experts.
