A house fire in Perth's southern suburbs has resulted in a woman's death, with police treating the incident as murder. Firefighters discovered the body of a 30-year-old woman in the Warnbro home, while two other residents, a 35-year-old man and a three-year-old girl, were taken to Rockingham Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation. A man in his 30s, known to the victim, is in police custody assisting with the investigation.
