24-year-old Joshua Michael Lillibridge from Oelwein, eastern Iowa, was arrested on April 19th and charged with four counts of Assault while Displaying a deadly weapon and Reckless Driving after driving into oncoming traffic and barricading himself in his home. The investigation is ongoing, with potential additional charges pending. Lillibridge is currently being held on a bond of $8,500 at the Fayette County Jail.
