21-year-old Gerson Danilo Ayala-Rodriguez has been indicted for murder and several other charges in relation to a high-speed chase that killed a Georgia state trooper, Jimmy Cenescar, in January. Ayala-Rodriguez faces charges including felony murder, first-degree vehicular homicide, and three counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. The chase began when Cenescar attempted to stop Ayala-Rodriguez's motorcycle for a traffic violation on I-85.
