Walmart employee Dylan Beard, a hurdler, is competing for a spot on the US Olympic team for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Despite working full-time at a Walmart deli counter, he emerged as the third fastest hurdler in the world after winning the 60-meter hurdles at the Millrose Games in February. His performance secured him a place at the U.S. Olympic track and field trials in Eugene, Oregon, in June.
