The Smashing Pumpkins have announced Kiki Wong as their new touring guitarist, succeeding Jeff Schroeder. Wong, a Los Angeles-based musician and member of Vigil of War, was selected from over 10,000 applicants after an open call for a new guitarist. She will join Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, James Iha, Jack Bates, and Katie Cole for the band's upcoming World is a Vampire tour and other performances.
