Morocco's renewable energy agency Masen launched a pre-qualification tender for a 400MW wind project, Nassim Nord, in the country's north. Developers must submit bids by June 24 to finance, build, and operate the wind farm, which consists of a 150MW wind project in Fahs Anjra M'diq-Fnideq and a 250MW wind farm in Tangier and Tetouan provinces. Morocco aims to have renewables represent 52% of its installed capacity by 2030, primarily through investments in solar and wind plants.
