Hitachi acquires MA micro automation GmbH for €71.5M to expand robotic SI business globally.

Hitachi Ltd. acquires MA micro automation GmbH for €71.5M, a leading provider of robotic and automation technology in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. The deal, expected to close in H2 2024, aims to accelerate Hitachi's global expansion of its robotic SI business in medical and other fields. Post-acquisition, MA micro automation will join JR Automation Technologies, LLC.
