Columbiana County Health District Board appoints Misti Allison as new member, Shawn Apple retires.

The Columbiana County Health District Board welcomed Misti Allison of East Palestine as a new member, while longtime board president Shawn Apple retired after 30 years. Allison, who earned a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in health sciences from Kent State University, was appointed by the Columbiana County Health District Advisory Council.
