The facility will create jobs, strengthen the domestic solar supply chain, and contribute to American energy independence. US Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, Senators Martin Heinrich and Ben Ray Luján, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller, and Bernalillo County Commission Chair Barbara Baca attended the groundbreaking.
