26-year-old Long Beach man, Deonathan Abdul Gaston, was sentenced to nine years in federal prison for trafficking two 15 and 16-year-old girls to San Diego for prostitution. Gaston was stopped by National City police in a high-crime area known for prostitution, and authorities discovered one of the girls was reported missing from Arizona. The other victim was found at a hotel where the first girl said they had been staying.
