Former Dubuque priest Leo Patrick Riley, 68, has been arrested and charged in Florida with five counts of second-degree sexual abuse from incidents reportedly occurring in the 1980s. Riley served as the associate pastor of Resurrection Parish in Dubuque at that time. Four victims reported being sexually abused, all of whom were grade-school aged altar boys. Riley, who is currently working in Port Charlotte, Florida, is being held in jail awaiting extradition.
