DPD delivery driver Lee Jones, 35, has been jailed for 3.5 years for causing death by dangerous driving after reversing down a one-way street in Rhyl, killing 82-year-old pedestrian Patrick McDonald. Jones admitted to the charge, having initially gone down the wrong way to save time on his delivery route. The tragic incident occurred on October 21, 2022, and McDonald died in hospital the following day.
