37-year-old David A. Johnson from Marinette County, WI was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for soliciting sexually explicit images of minors in Florida and Ohio. Johnson was arrested following an FBI undercover operation and will spend 15 years on supervised release after prison, also registering as a sex offender. This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a US Department of Justice initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
